Demuth Service was established as one of the Demuth Group companies in 2001. At the onset of its operations, Demuth Service was mainly focussed on the extension, management and administration of a chain of Top Shopping large furniture shopping centres. As part of those operations, a modern 20.000 m2 Top Shopping facility was built in Szczecin in 2004-2005.

As the company continued to carry on its business, the company's objects were extended to include the management of office facilities and comprehensive management of commercial construction projects implemented for external customers.

In 2006-2007, upon order from an investor, Demuth Service constructed a shopping centre in Split, Croatia. Like in Szczecin, our company was responsible for comprehensive project preparation and implementation from the site selection through the architectural design, building permit and supervision over project implementation to the opening of the centre (along with leasing out 100% of the commercial space).

Owing to the knowledge and wealth of experience of its specialists, Demuth Service is a leader in managing large commercial facilities offering furniture and interior furnishings. That Demuth Service specialists are professionals is confirmed by the real estate managers' and agents' licenses held by those specialists.

The company is planning to construct an office building with more than 3,000 m2of the floor space  in the Kokoszki district in the nearest future.. The completion of that project is scheduled for 2012.

The company's longer-term plans include the construction of a care and rehabilitation centre for senior and disabled persons.
