Facility Administration

As part of facility administration we ensure the appropriate technical condition of facilities by conducting the required technical inspections, by performing scheduled repairs and by remedying breakdowns and their implications on a day-to-day basis. That service also comprises our participation in the work of technical teams preparing repair, maintenance and capital investment schedules regarding real estate.
 
In the facilities administered by us we ensure law and order, and the supplies of utilities and other services necessary for the correct functioning of real estate. That service also includes bookkeeping: financial settlements with the suppliers of utilities, the reconciliation of the operations and repair fund, the preparation of financial statements etc.
 
Residential facility administration comprises meeting the obligations of the condominium owners' association before official bodies (e.g. the tax office), preparation and overseeing project implementation and repairs ordered by the owners of real estate, mediation in disputes between owners and lessees and care for compliance by the condominium owners' association with law.
 
Owing to administrators being constantly present in each of the facilities, we secure easy and direct contact with them.
